Tahun 2019 SJKT Bandar Springhill telah terpilih sebagai sekolah tranformasi  bagi menjayakan pelaksanaan Program Transformasi Sekolah 2025 (TS25) sekali gus merealisasikan Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia (PPPM). Program Transformasi Sekolah 2025 (TS25) merupakan sebahagian daripada usaha Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia ke arah meningkatkan kemenjadian murid dan sekolah berkualiti.
